From our board-certified physicians to our skilled nurses and support staff, every member of our team plays a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients.
Dr. Kelechi Nkole
Dr. Nkole is the medical director of Supreme care medical clinic. He has a great wealth of experience spanning over 20 year across multiple continents. He is proficient in leading hospital emergency rooms as well as managing daily patient care as a family physician. He is an adept generalist with experience in family medicine, minor surgery, dermatology and emergency/ trauma care. He has passion for family medicine as it involves taking care of patients from cradle to grave and fostering close therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
Dr. Tobechi Okeke
Having practiced family medicine in Canada over the past 3 years, Dr Tobechi Okeke is an excellent Family Physician who feels privileged to continue sharing in patients' health and life journeys. With a background in emergency and occupational medicine, he is well equipped to provide holistic care to my patients here at Supreme Care Medical Clinic.
Dr Muhammad Maqbool Farooq
MBBS, MRCS, MCEM, MRCGP, CCFP
Dr. Muhammad M Farooq completed his Family Medicine residency at Manchester, United Kingdom, and qualified family physician form Royal College of General Practitioner, London, UK. He also acquired a unique set of clinical skills of Surgery as well as Emergency Medicine, and held respective speciality qualifications from the United kingdom in all these disciplines. Dr. Farooq is equipped with a wealth of clinical experience, a compassionate, multilingual approach toward patient care in a friendly and professional manner. Outside of his medical practice, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, cats, and loves outdoor activities like boating, cycling, and hiking.
Dr Olisaka Chinwe MBBS, FMCPaed, MRCGP, CCFP
Dr. Olisaka is a highly professional UK-trained Family Physician with over a decade of medical experience, including a postgraduate qualification in Paediatrics. She is certified by both the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in the UK and the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP). Her extensive experience enables her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. Dr. Olisaka is a very dedicated and passionate about her practice and she is thrilled to join Supreme Care Family Practice, where she looks forward to offering continuing, compassionate healthcare for you and your family.
